SOLIDARITY, KNOWLEDGE & CHANGE

The next World Conference on Statelessness will be held in February 2024 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Organized by the Institute on Statelessness and Inclusion (ISI), Nationality for All (NFA), and Development of Human Resources for Rural Areas (DHRRA) Malaysia, the conference will bring together up to 300 participants with lived and learned experiences of statelessness – advocates, activists, academics, artists, community leaders, UN, and government representatives – for a much-needed conversation about the right to nationality and statelessness around the world. The conference will center on those with lived experiences of statelessness. Its program will focus on the three themes of solidarity, knowledge & change, and will be consultatively developed to respond to the interests and needs of the field.
