Reform discriminatory laws, policies and practices that violate the universal right to a nationality and enable the arbitrary immigration detention of stateless persons

Promote Access to Rights

Address the context-specific barriers faced by stateless persons in accessing education, health and livelihood opportunities, with a particular focus on children’s access to such rights.

Change Mindset

Change patriarchal, xenophobic and ethnocentric mindsets, behaviours and attitudes that hinder affected persons’  universal access to documentation and associated rights.

Strengthen Capacity
